How SGD PayNow payments are initiated, confirmed and recovered securely.
Available method
The current online payment method is PayNow through HitPay. Credit and debit cards are not offered. All charges are in Singapore dollars.
Payment confirmation
An order is treated as paid only after the payment provider and WooCommerce confirm a successful payment. A redirect or screenshot alone does not establish payment.
Unsuccessful or incomplete payment
If payment is not confirmed, use only the Complete Payment link connected to the original order. Recovery reminders may be sent after 5 minutes, 2 hours and 24 hours, and stop when payment succeeds. An incomplete checkout may receive one reminder after 1 hour only after an email address has been entered.
Security and refunds
PurePaws does not ask customers to send passwords, one-time codes or banking credentials by email. Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment route where available.
