VitalCare PRO SGS Testing: Results & Scope

The report behind the testing statement

SGS (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. issued report HNSA/250550411-AH28697 on 23 May 2025. OSTCO ENTERPRISE submitted one pet-supplement soft-chew sample marked PUREPAWS VITALCARE, sample ID AH28697. Testing took place from 15 to 22 May 2025.

The report identifies the submitted sample as PUREPAWS VITALCARE. That is the sample name used in this testing record; it should not be replaced with a different name in the original document.

Microbiological results

Aerobic plate count was measured by BS EN ISO 4833-1:2013, E. coli by AOAC 991.14 / 998.08, and Salmonella by BS EN ISO 6579-1:2017. These microbiological parameters were externally provided by SGS Senai, as stated in the report.

Heavy-metal results

The report lists an in-house ICP-MS method based on the referenced AOAC and APHA methods. N.D. means not detected at the stated reporting limit. It does not mean a substance is proven to be present at absolute zero.

What these results establish

The report records the listed laboratory findings for the submitted sample. It does not test clinical outcomes, establish a cure for eye or skin conditions, certify every production batch, or provide a guarantee for every pet.
