Store operator and scope
The PurePaws Singapore online store is operated by Ostco Enterprise. These terms apply to this site and orders accepted for delivery in Singapore.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself confirm acceptance. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and the order is not rejected for an availability, pricing, security or address issue. Any amount captured for an order we cannot accept will be returned through the applicable payment route.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars. PurePaws Singapore is not currently charging GST. The available PayNow method and final amount are shown at checkout.
Product information
Product information is provided for everyday pet wellness support. It does not replace veterinary diagnosis, treatment or prescribed medication. Follow the current product directions and seek veterinary advice for serious, sudden, persistent or worsening symptoms.
Fair use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the site, interfere with checkout or security, submit false information, or copy PurePaws content and branding for commercial use without permission.
Consumer rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The current version posted on this site applies from its stated update date; material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
