How PurePaws Singapore prepares and delivers online orders within Singapore.
Singapore delivery
We currently accept and deliver online orders only within Singapore. All three current VitalCare PRO packages include free Singapore shipping at S$0.
Processing and tracking
Orders are prepared only after payment is confirmed. Tracking details are sent after shipment. Delivery timing can vary by address, carrier operations, public holidays and events outside our reasonable control, so no delivery date is guaranteed unless it is expressly shown at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete Singapore delivery address, postal code, phone number and email at checkout. Contact support@purepawssg.com promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot promise a change after dispatch.
Delivery concerns
If tracking shows an exception, or an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email support@purepawssg.com with the order number and relevant details so we can review it.
