Who is responsible

This store is operated by Ostco Enterprise under the PurePaws Singapore name. Privacy questions, access or correction requests and withdrawal requests may be sent to privacy@purepawssg.com.

Data we collect

• Contact and delivery details supplied at checkout or through support.
• Order, package, payment-status, fulfilment and communication records.
• Account details if a customer chooses to create an account.
• Necessary technical and security data such as session identifiers, device/browser information and fraud-prevention records.
• With optional analytics permission, page views, clicks, scroll depth, device category, traffic source, package and checkout-stage events may be collected through Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta measurement. We do not send support-message content or customer contact and delivery fields as analytics event parameters or Clarity custom tags.

Why we use it

• To provide checkout, payment, delivery, tracking, support and recovery of an incomplete transaction.
• To maintain transaction, security, accounting and legal records.
• To prevent abuse and protect the store, customers and service providers.
• With permission, to understand website performance, advertising source and where visitors encounter difficulty in the shopping journey. Paid-order events use stable identifiers to reduce duplicate reporting.

Behaviour analytics and recordings

Microsoft Clarity may create privacy-masked session recordings and heatmaps while analytics measurement is enabled. Checkout, account, order and support form areas are excluded or explicitly masked, recordings are not published, and names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, postcodes, order keys and payment details are not used as Clarity custom tags. Google Analytics receives only the bounded site and commerce event parameters described above.

Service providers and transfers

We use service providers for hosting, WooCommerce operations, payment processing, email, delivery and, when permitted, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta measurement. They receive only the data needed for their role. Where personal data is processed outside Singapore, appropriate contractual or other safeguards are required to provide comparable protection.

Retention and protection

Personal data is protected with access controls and proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. We retain it only while needed for the stated business or legal purpose, then delete or anonymise it when retention is no longer required.

Cookies and your choices

Necessary WooCommerce cookies support the cart, checkout, payment, security and account functions and remain available. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta measurement are enabled by default to help us understand website use, improve the shopping experience and measure advertising. You can choose Essential Only at any time through Privacy choices; opting out does not affect browsing or purchasing. Checkout and payment details are excluded from Clarity session recordings.
